Sep 22, 2023 · Yesterday when I was starting my exam i encountered an error in proproctor application so after struggling for some time I missed my scheduled timing. I went back to the web based hardware check and noticed that it let me pick which web cam I wanted to test with. Alternatively you can try this direct link for download: ProProctorSetup. Four hours of ProMetrics tech support could not resolve the issue. Below are the exam details could you please help me to resolve this issue.
