W220 ac blower not working. Nov 13, 2023 · The heater fan on my Merc E220 CDI S212 stopped working recently. Eventually a Blower Motor's brushes and commutator will wear to the point where the motor will cease to work. The funny part is, i get 6. Any idea what could be blocking up the whole system? Will the loss of communication with the door control nodule really stop the blower motor from working? Checked all fuses too. With some web digging I managed to locate and disassemble the blower motor.
